Licensed aesthetician Tabatha Tipton Hall is making a name for herself in Franklin as the go-to girl for all things glamour. Tabatha’s Pinup Skin Spa & Boutique, 112 East Fowlkes Street, Franklin, Offers array of services including facials, lasers, injections, full body waxing, brows and lashes, airbrush spray tans, makeup application, and more.

After leaving her hometown of Kingsport in East Tennessee, Tabatha attended Kenneth Shuler College of Esthetics in Spartanburg, South Carolina and graduated in 2008 with an esthetics license. She worked at a day spa in Spartanburg for five years before opening Pinup Skin Spa in Franklin in October 2013.

“I named my business ‘Pinup Skin’ because I love the elegance and beauty of Old Hollywood—Marilyn Monroe, Sophia Loren, Betty Davis—all the pinup girls of the past. With the confidence that healthy skin brings, I believe every woman can be her own pinup girl,” Tabatha says.

Tabatha values the importance of continuing her education through ongoing training and certification in advanced skin renewal treatments such as chemical peels, lasers, and microneedling. She is also educated and experienced in theatre makeup, bridal makeup, and special occasion makeup.

Tabatha has been specially trained in product knowledge and ingredients, which is reflected in the meticulous research that goes into every product she uses for her skincare services.

“It’s important to be educated about the ingredients that are in the products we use on our skin,” Tabatha says. “I want my clients to trust confidently in the products that I use and also to feel comfortable consulting me about the products they use at home. I am happy to offer recommendations and place orders for products that will best meet their needs.”
